Responsibilities:
• Defining our go-to-market strategy for multi-cultural marketing
• Driving product development, marketing strategy, and communications for major launches and tests through multiple marketing channels
• Day-to-day management of our external agency partners
• Defining the customer experience and ensuring it meets the needs of our targets and lives up to our Brand promise.
• Working closely with our research team on customer, competitive and industry tracking as it relates to your marketing strategy
• Leading projects, cross-functional teams and tasks associated with strategy and in-market execution.
• Managing input from all stakeholders (lines of business, creative development, legal, compliance, etc.) when developing recommended strategies.
• Influencing internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking.
• Analyzing market research and in-market test results, and partner with vendors. .

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years experience in multi-channel marketing delivery and communications, including direct response marketing
• 3+ years experience in online marketing including experience in SEM, SEO, and remarketing
• 10+ years experience in managing creative teams and agencies
• 10+ years experience in leading cross-functional teams
• 10+ years experience in managing advertising agency relationships.
• 10+ years experience in planning, execution, and analysis of marketing programs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Proven ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
• Proven ability to drive execution
• Proven ability to influence through effective communication, and to build and foster trust across functional groups
